The Final Judgement
Now Sakura is with Yue. Yue announces that Keroberos, the
Elector, has chosen Sakura; and he, Yue, the Judge, will give the
Final Judgment. Yue says for Sakura to use all of the cards in
her possession to defeat him.
Sakura refuses to attack because she has feelings for Julian, but
Yue puts her in a trance. In a hypnotic voice, Sakura releases
the Jump Card and jumps around, trying to avoid the...things,
whatever they are that Yue used on Sakura.
Li runs up and says that he wasn't about to stand there and let
Sakura be hurt. He tries to help Sakura but Keroberos runs in the
way and tells him that he must have faith, and Sakura is a lot
stronger than he thinks.
Sakura remembers what Kero said against the Earthy Card, to use a
Card that never let her down. She releases The Wood, but
Keroberos yells "Not that one!".
The branches of the Wood Card fly towards Yue, but Yue throws the
vines back at Sakura, tangling her in them. Yue says that The
Wood is one of the Cards controlled by the Moon, and it won't
work against him. He also comments that the true master of the
Clow Cards would have known that.
Sakura struggles against the branches binding her, but to no
avail. It was just getting worse and worse the more she struggled.
Yue says that everyone would forget what happened since the Clow
Cards would released. It would be as if none of the events had
never happened. He says that she has failed. And so he casts her
into the past....
Sakura suddenly wakes up in her bed and realizes that everything
was just a dream. She comes down and meets her father, Aiden and
Tori. So she eats breakfast and heads to school, just like any
regular day. Sakura is greeted by Madison when she arrives and so
they go to class.
After school, Sakura walks into the forest. She had a weird
feeling all day, and was expecting to find something in the
forest. She then begins to hear Kero, Li, Madison and Ms.
Mackenzie calling out her name. Sakura is wondering what is going
on, but then begins to remember! She can remember everything so
clearly once again, about the Clow Cards and everything that
happens.
Sakura smiles as she remembers everything that happened. She
wakes up back at the Final Judgment and looks over to see Ms.
Mackenzie holding the Bell! She presses the Bell to the vines and
they fly away from Sakura.
The Bell disappears as this happened. Ms. Mackenzie tells her
that the Bell was meant to give Sakura one last chance in the
Final Judgment, and it has disappeared because it has served it
purpose.
So Sakura goes to battle Yue again. Her Staff suddenly changes.
The top becomes a circle with a star in the middle instead of the
weird birdhead thing. She then decides to use another Card that
never let her down before. She releases The Windy and commands it
to create a cage to trap Yue. To Yue's disbelief, The Windy
entraps him and brings him forward to Sakura.
Yue bows down to Sakura, admitting his defeating and telling her
that she was the true Mistress of the Clow Cards. Sakura tells
Yue that she wants to be his friend, not his master. Suddenly
Sakura sees an image....she sees a man standing in front of her.
It was Clow Reed himself! Sakura asks him if he gave her the new
Staff, and Clow Reed replies no, that she made it on her own
abilities. He said although her star is small, it burns brightly
for her.
Sakura looks over and sees Li and Madison running over towards
her, calling out her name as they came. Sakura happily says
"I did it!". Sakura and Li swing each other around,
laughing. They let go and Li falls down, still injured from the
battle with Yue. Li smiles at Sakura and Sakura smiles back at
him.
Yue and Keroberos fly through the sky while this happens.
Keroberos says that maybe they should stick around in their false
forms. Yue agrees but says that he won't remember anything.
Keroberos says that he'll fill him in when it happens. So they go
back to their false forms. Keroberos goes back to being good old
Kero-chan. He floats over to Sakura, smiling and saying "You
did it!".
Yue has turned back into Julian and hasn't remembered what
happened. He stands by the tree acting like it was just another
normal time.
So everyone laughs as the Final Judgment is over. It was a time
for celebration as Sakura was now the Mistress of the Clow Cards.
