*The opening scene is aerial view of the complex maze. The scene switches to Sakura who is in the foreground pointing at her new surroundings, but not a word escapes from her mouth. In the background, Tomoyo is surprised, and Syaoran is in disbelief of what just happened*

Sakura: "This was a shrine, right?"

Tomoyo: "Yes... I'm sure."

*Another above ground where we see the three children together*

Sakura: *running off* "How do you get out?"

Syaoran *grabbing Sakura's wrist before she could run off*: Wait!! Calm down! What do you sense?"

Sakura: *closing her eyes and stretching out her senses* "The presence of a Clow Card?!" *pointing to the walls* "Then this is the work of a Clow Card?"

Syaoran: "It must be Maze."

Sakura: "Maze?"

Tomoyo: "I see. It likes to make puzzles."

*Aerial view of maze*

Syaoran: "Quit being so impressed. Maze won't disappear until the person inside finds the exit."

Sakura: *shocked* "WHAT?"

~*~(Kinomoto residence)~*~

Toya: "I'm home!"

Fujitaka: *coming out of the kitchen* "Welcome back. My lecture ended early today, so I made dinner."

Toya: "I was just getting hungry."

*Fujitaka and Toya stare at each other for a moment*

Fujitaka: *wide eyes opened* "What's wrong?"

Toya: *pointing to himself* "Me? Do I look like something's wrong?"

Fujitaka: *laughing* "I can tell. I'm your father. I should know."

~*~(Maze)~*~

Tomoyo: *her hand is on the wall* "That's strange. I'm sure you can get out of a maze if you keep one hand on the wall."

Sakura: *gasping and wheezing* "It's all the same! The walls..." *she gets an idea* "AH! Li! Do you have your Deviator? You can tell directions from that, can't you? I read that in a book." *Syaoran takes out his Deviator, but it's just spinning in circles* "Huh?"

Syaoran: "This is made for finding Clow Cards."

Tomoyo: "Since the Maze itself is a Clow Card, it doesn't work, I guess

Sakura: "Aaaaahh... I see..."

Tomoyo: "But if we don't think of something, we won't be able to get out of here."

Sakura: *gets another idea* "AH!"

Tomoyo: "Sakura?"

Sakura: *rustling in her bag* "I just had a great idea." *throws her Key up in the air* "RELEASE!" *her staff strikes on the Fly Card, and wings sprout from her staff as the begins to rise* "I can find the way out! This way." *Sakura flies up, but the walls rise along with her. No matter how high she goes, the walls are still above her* "WHAAAAT!"

Syaoran: *looking up* "So we're not allowed to find the exit from above."

Tomoyo: *looking up* "This Maze Card is very strict."

~*~(Kinomoto residence)~*~

Toya: "I saw... Kaho..."

Fujitaka: "Ms. Mitsuki? She spent a year abroad, didn't she? When you were in the ninth grade. "So she's come back..."

Toya: "I had no idea." *rests chin on palm* "And... Now she's Sakura's new math teacher." *Fujitaka's eyes grow wide with surprise*

@ Toya Replay Mode @

*A fourteen-year-old Toya is shown walking home from school. A cherry blossom tree with a peculiar aura catches his eye, and he stops to look at it*

*A lady who is just about half a head shorter than him with long hair approaches him*

Lady: "Can you see it? *Toya notices her* "It's okay. It's not a bad one."

Toya: "I know."

Lady: *raising her hand* "You're a good boy." *Toya leaned forward a bit so the woman could pat him on the head properly*

Lady: *strands of her hair is blowing beautifully in the wind* "Your name... We'll meet again... Tell me then."

Toya: *confused* "Huh...?"

Lady: *walking away* "See you later."

~*~(Next day: Toya's classroom)~*~

Teacher: "Let me introduce the new student teach I told you about yesterday."

Kaho: "I'm Kaho Mitsuki. I'll be teaching you math. I'm only here a short while, but I look forward to knowing you."

Classmate #1: "How old are you, Ms. Mitsuki?"

Boy: "She's beautiful!"

Girl: *thoughtful* "She's really pretty."

*Toya looks at the new student teacher that innocently smiled back*

~*~(After school)~*~

*Toya and Kaho are sitting together on the grass with the breeze continuously blowing*

Toya: "Did you know from my school uniform? That we'd meet tomorrow?"

Kaho: "I knew your school, but I didn't know whether or not you will be in my class. Not by your uniform."

Toya: "Then why...?"

Kaho: "Just a felling."

Toya: (Just a feeling?)

Kaho: "You don't know what to say when people ask how you can see things they can't, do you?"

Toya: "I guess not."

Kaho: *extending out her hand* "Now let's start from the beginning."

Toya: "Toya Kinomoto."

Kaho: "Kaho Mitsuki. I'm sure we'll be good friends."

Toya: "Is that just a feeling too?"

Kaho: *getting up to leave* "Yes. But my wish is in there, too."

*The time is fast forwarded to over a year later. Toya and Kaho are at the Tsukimine Shrine together while there is a fair going on. Kaho is in a kimono, while Toya is just dressed in jeans and a white T-shirt*

Toya: *frantic* "Study abroad?! When?!"

Kaho: *calm* "Tomorrow."

Toya: *shocked* "That's too soon!"

Kaho: "It's not so sudden. I made the decision two months ago."

Toya: "Why didn't you tell me?"

Kaho: "It would have bothered you, wouldn't it? I'd hate to go out with you just to feel sad. You don't like feeling depressed, do you Toya?"

Toya: "That's not the problem."

Kaho: *snuggling in the crook of Toya's neck* "It's been a year since the last day of my student teaching. The day you told me, "I love you," here at the Tsukimine Shrine. On the way home from school." *Kaho giggled while Toya, who had his arm around her, blushed an looked the other way* "I was very happy. I loved you a lot, too. It was so fun to be with you every day, Toya."

Toya: "What's with the past tense?"

Kaho: "Because it's the past." *places her hand on Toya's cheek, and looks in his eyes* "Let's break up."

Toya: *stunned* "Why?"

Kaho: *smiling* "Well..."

Toya: *flopping his forehead on the table because just remembering is a little painful*

Fujitaka: "That's quite a mix of emotions on your face."

Toya: "I was just thinking, it isn't fair that everything Kaho said came true." *Fujitaka was confused for a moment, but then Toya looked at the clock and noticed that it was already past seven, and Sakura didn't come home yet* "Isn't Sakura back yet?" *looks at the schedule and sees that Sakura had club practice after school*

~*~(Maze)~*~

Sakura: "It's... It's no use..." *Swirly eyed Sakura falls on the floor from exhaustion* "We can't find the exit!" *her stomach begins to grumble*

Tomoyo: *smiling* "It's about time for dinner, isn't it?"

Sakura: "I bet your mother's worried, Tomoyo."

Tomoyo: "Mother is working late today. But the maids will have prepared supper and will be waiting for us.

Sakura: "What about you, Li?"

Syaoran: *pointing at himself* "I'm on my own."

Sakura: *shocked* "WHAT? You live all alone!?"

Syaoran: *surprised* "Er... Yes."

Tomoyo: "Then your family is in Hong Kong?" *Syaoran nods in response*

Sakura: "How many are in your family?"

Syaoran: "My mother and four older sisters."

Sakura: *impressed* "Wow! Four sisters?! That's a matriarchal family. Then you have to do the laundry and cleaning and cooking all on your own?"

Syaoran: "Well, yeah."

Sakura: "WOW!" *concerned* "But... don't you get lonely?"

Syaoran: *surprised with Sakura's distress for him* "Not really. And I don't mind cleaning."

Sakura: *impressed* "THAT'S SO COOL!" *her stomach then releases a rather loud grumble. She's embarrassed as she scratches the back of her head* "Thinking about food makes me hungry."

~*~(Kinomoto residence)~*~

*Toya is on his motorcycle, ready to look for Sakura*

Fujitaka: *worried* "I called the school. They said practice had ended quite some time ago."

Toya: "I'll try looking for her. You stay home, Dad. In case she comes back."

Fujitaka: "Be careful!"

~*~(Maze)~*~

*Syaoran, Tomoyo are exhausted, and they are taking a short break*

Sakura: "How will we get out of here? Dad and Toya will be worried about me."

*All of a sudden, the three children here a distinctive ringing noise. It was the same ringing noise that they heard before the maze shifted around them. A person if approaching the group, and Syaoran immediately goes in a battle stance, making sure that both girls are safety behind him*

*Ms. Mitsuki is the mystery person, and in her hands she held an ancient looking bell*

Sakura: *shocked* " Ms. Mitsuki?!"

Syaoran: "What are you doing here?"

Kaho: "I sensed something strange at our shrine, so I came out to investigate. It seems I got caught up in this.

Sakura: "Our?"

Kaho: *smiling* " I'm the daughter of the chief priest here. And I'm an only child. Didn't you hear my bell?"

Sakura: *thinking* "Come to think of it... when everything went all squishy..."

Kaho: "I rang it as a warning, but I was too late. Sorry. Are you lost?" *Sakura nods* "I was worried that someone might be in trouble, so I came looking. Shall we leave?"

Sakura: *shocked* "HUH?!"

Syaoran: *scowling* "We've been looking forever! There's no exit!"

Kaho: "Do you know how to get out of a maze?"

Tomoyo: "One hand on the wall? We've tried that."

Kaho: *holding out the bell* "Then how about this?"

*With ease, Kaho begins crumbling the walls with a few simple crashes literally with one hand behind her back. The three children watched her in amazement while they sweat dropped*

Sakura: "WOOOOW!"

~*~(One the streets)~*~

*Toya is on his bike and notices a strange noise. He stops, takes off his helmet, and notices that the noise is coming from the Tsukimine Shrine*

~*~(Maze)~*~

*Kaho is breaking the walls in a straight line while the children follow*

Tomoyo: "I guess if you keep going through the walls, you'll eventually reach the end. But isn't that cheating?"

Syaoran: *crossing his arms and scowling* "It means she really has strong power. Or she wouldn't be able to break a maze built by a Clow Card. She is incredibly powerful."

Kaho: *pointing* "There's the exit."

Sakura: "We're finally out!"

*As soon as everyone is out, the maze begins to shift all over again before creating another maze*

Syaoran: "Hurry! Now! If you don't return it to a card, it'll make another maze!"

Sakura: *looks hesitantly at Ms. Mitsuki* "B-but..."

Kaho: *pointing at herself* "You don't need to worry about me." *turning around* "I'll face the other way."

*The maze is starting to form new walls*

Sakura: *chanting* "Key with the power of darkness, show your true form, in the name of the covenant, I Sakura, command you...RELEASE THE SEAL! Return to the form you were destined to be *her staff forms a card and the maze's spirit begins to enter it* "CLOW CARD!"

*The Maze Card is shown as an aerial view of a maze*

Kaho *still turned around* "Are you done?"

Sakura: *nervously putting the card in her bag* "Yes."

Tomoyo: "That was quieter than usual."

Kaho: *smiling* "Good for you."

Sakura: *smiling and blushing* (She really does make me feel floaty.) *stares as the bell*

Kaho: "I've been using this for a long time. It's a bell. Do you mind having a strange teacher?"

Sakura: *shaking her head negative furiously while blushing* "I'm kind of strange too..."

Toya: *dashing towards Sakura* "Sakura!! Where the heck...!"

Sakura: *panicking* "We got lost! Then Ms. Mitsuki saved us... I mean... She led us to the exit... I mean...

Kaho: *calmly* "A lot happened today. Please don't scold her."

Toya: *stunned* "Kaho..."

*Tomoyo's bodyguards came to pick her up in a limo*

Sakura: "See you tomorrow!" *Tomoyo waves back*

Syaoran: *turning to go home* "Be careful. That teacher isn't normal."

Sakura: *watching him walk away* "Li..."

*Kaho and Toya are standing next to each other. Kaho's height only meets up to just above his broad shoulder*

Kaho: "Your sister doesn't look much like you."

Toya: "Sakura looks like our mother."

Kaho: *looking up at him* "But you are alike in some ways" *this statement confuses Toya* "So. Did things happen like I said they would when we broke up? The next time we meet, you'll have someone else who you love, Toya... As will I..." *Toya says nothing* "Since you're not saying anything, I must be right. You were always like that. Then this one is right too. The next time we meet, you and I will become very close friends."

Toya: "That's why I didn't want to see you again." *sulking* "It's not fair that everything you said came true. On top of that you came back when I was a Junior, just as you said."

Kaho: *putting one hand on his shoulder and laughing hard. Then she reaches her hand up and pats Toya on the head. He had to bend his torso in order for her to reach."

Yuki: "Sakura!"

Sakura: *blushing* "Yuki!!"

Yuki: *running towards her* "Your father was worried about you! He told me you weren't back when I called for Toya."

Sakura: "Toya! Yuki's here!"

Kaho: *sees Yuki and she is stunned because she senses something unusual about him. Then she smiles up at Toya* "You haven't changed a bit, Toya." *once again he's confused* "I'll see you tomorrow Sakura!"

Sakura: *Watches her walking away with an unsure expression on her face* (Ms. Mitsuki doesn't seem like someone I have to watch out for, like Li warned... But she is unusual...)
