April 24, 2009 - Hewwo everyone! =) I've been in the process of moving all my websites to the new server, and everything should be set with KSS (though a few kinks have to be worked out here and there..) However, Daybreak Forums is temporarily down until I can figure out how to import the huge database over. Stay tuned for future updates!

So I know I promised some people that I would update KSS by the end of January, but it's been delayed until now. My sincere apologies..a lot of things going on in my life, and there were several times when I started trying to update all the fan submissions received over the past few months, and then other events just took priority. Before I proceed with the updates, please visit my food blog, My Fork and I. Thanks for all your continued support, especially those who have been visiting KSS for years now!

Chapters 2-5 of Qiara's "Hanzukaru from the Palace" fanfic are up. Last but not least, a new Tsubasa Chronicle music video created by Emily, entitled "Bring Me To Life" and based on Evanscene's song of the same name.
For those who submitted stuff in February, I will get around to them for the next update! (which I assure will not take several months again. >_>)
September 5, 2008 - A list of the episodes from Tsubasa Chronicle season two are up in the Tsubasa Info section. DVD Cover images for Tsubasa Chronicle anime volumes 4-7, oav are also up. John Wendel has submitted a must-watch CCS musiv video, so be sure to check that out in the Media sectioni! Finally, Qiara has submitted episode 18 and episode 1, season 2 of her fanfic "Hanzukaru from the Palace".

Ahaha after that long-winded email I sent out a few weeks ago too. I knew there was a reason why I never removed the forum buttons from KSS. So go visit if you used to be a member and say hello, or register if you're new! A new layout has been put up too...more darker Tsubasa Chronicle layout.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------August 18, 2008 - 3 new Cardcaptor Sakura cosplay images [Galleries > Cosplay] and 8 new Tsubasa Chronicle cosplay images [Tsubasa Gallery]! It's awesome how people still dress up as CCS characters 12 years later. Manga covers for TRC Volume 24 and Tsubasa English volumes 19 and 20 are also up. More Tsubasa updates to come!

Hey everybody,
Hope you guys are all doing well. Summer has been in full swing for quite a while, and I'm sad that school will be starting up again soon. =( (For me, it's going to be my last year of college...wow I'm old). For those with a tv, watch the Olympics! There have been some pretty good competitions recently, and the opening ceremony was simply spectacular.
Now onto some site related news..
Kawaii Sakura Shrine has been around since October 24, 2000. I've seen a lot of development in the CCS community through the years, having lived through the peaks and slow decline of the different website "dynasties" leading all the way back to the days of Sakura Star and US Cardcaptors. I'm simply amazed that KSS is still up and running it will be 8 years soon, and we still have visitors on a daily basis. =D I admit that there were times when I debated whether to update KSS anymore, but to know that there are still CCS fans out there makes it worthwhie for me to keep KSS alive.
I can safely boast that KSS is indeed the LONGEST running Cardcaptor Sakura website out there that is still updated today. (In fact, there have been multiple updates during the past few months, so check out the site! http://kss.mysticalaura.com Please click on some ads too if you can every click goes towards paying for the website hosting and domain name)
Please keep up the support for KSS!
As for Daybreak Forums...the forums went down about two months ago, and despite communicating with helpdesk to try to fix the problem, etc, the forums still wouldn't connect to the mysql database for some reason. Sadly, I don't think Daybreak Forums will be revived because I always had issues in the past with backing up the forum, and the last backup I made was from late 2007. Daybreak Forums had a good run of it...almost 3 years online! Thank you to everyone who made it a success, and I hope you guys still visit KSS.
That pretty much sums up the on-goings of KSS in the past year (or two?) since the last mailing went out. Once again, thank you. And don't forget to drop by Kawaii Sakura Shrine occasionally...the site is still alive and kickin'. =)

August 11, 2008 - New music video from Jeichi Takura entitled "Don't Let Sakura Die". Qiara has written chapters 16 and 17 of her fanfiction "Hanzukaru from the Palace". Alex Major has donated 4 100x100 Avatars, located in the [Interactive] Section.
Finally, Alan Smithee has submitted two mp3s for your listening pleasure. One is a longer version of the UK Opening song "Razzmatazz" [Media, International Songs], while the other one is a rip of the piano song Touya's mother taught him, entitled in the [Media, CCS Songs] sectioni as "Memories of Mother".
Hope everyone's watching the Olympics! The opening ceremony was absolutely amazing..watch it on nbcolympics.com if you missed it on tv!
July 24, 2008 - Update update! =D Two new CCS music videos for download in the Media section. :) So glad people are still submitting works after so many years of the show being off-air! The two videos are from NamineKairi1994, called "Everytime We Touch" and "Miracles Happen".
Fanfiction update: "Wanted 13-16" by Mini Sweety and "Hanzukaru from the Palace 1-15" by Qiara. Amethyst Gambell has also created a fancard known as the "Infinity," and Zachary the "Chimera" clow card. Last but not least, a Sakura fan art from The Renderer.
Another update soon! (More music videos weee :D And possible music..stay tuned!)
